I have posted a photo of one of the float/display/things that passed by my neighborhood.  You probably can't really tell, but there are people holding tall decorative rods of some sort to hold up the wires as the float/display/things pass by. There is also a band following the procession that provides a beat for the people carrying the float/display/things to step to. Speaking of which, people will actually pay to carry those things!

Behind the band was a crew that handles cleaning the alfombras after it has been trampled upon. Behind them was double lane stand-still traffic. Once I was finally able to get past the procession, I noticed one of the cars had actually stalled out or something because there were three men pushing it along. I laughed.

The reason I was prancing along the streets yesterday was because it was my day off, so I spent it drinking at my place of work. It was all good fun really. That was until I was holding two blowjobs in one hand and one blowjob in the other. They're shots. Relax. Anyways, some drunk grabbed the arm that was holding the two blowjobs hoping to get a dance with me. I initially wanted to guilt the dude into buying me two more shots (the initial three were free anyways), but instead I went bitch mode. Oh I also had dinner at Micho's, which recently remodeled. It was lovely. I had the cesar salad and coconut shrimp. Both were divine.
